Nestled in Washington’s second oldest town, you are minutes away from the picture perfect Waterfront District, historic Fort Casey, Admiralty Head Light House, and the Keystone Ferry, which gives you access to the Olympic Peninsula and all its natural wonders. With a 20-minute drive, you’ll be able to enjoy a double feature at the Blue Fox Drive-In, one of Washington’s last Drive-In Theaters, complete with go-karts, arcades, and concessions. If you choose to explore the Olympic Mountain Range you can see from the deck, you’re just 5 minutes from the Keystone Ferry, giving you access to Port Townsend, Port Angeles, the Olympic National Forest, and more.

When you are looking to relax, spend your days enjoying the south facing view of Puget Sound, Crockett Lake, and those Olympic Mountains from either of the two decks. Bring your friends and family, as the house comfortably sleeps 8. There are two bedrooms, each featuring an attached bathroom, and a recreation area with two full beds in the 1100 square foot basement. One of the many unique features in this house in the atrium, with floor to ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy the sun’s warmth all day and provide a place to read, knit, or relax.

The full kitchen has a dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, and microwave. Other features of your home away from home include washer/dryer, cable TV with the Multi-Sport Pack, Apple TV, DVD player, whirlpool bathtub, BBQ, fire pit and gas fireplace.

    Property was as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the sound and Coupeville. Deer in the back yard every morning. Very clean and a great place to hang out. We were a couple with 5 kids and we all fit fine. The basement area is fine for the kids to sleep in. Its a little rustic down there, but as long as you aren't looking for super finished bedrooms in the basement, all is good. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice visit.

    The rental property had a beautiful view and lovely kitchen and family room. The property was clean and the staff was extremely helpful when we encountered difficulties opening windows. We were dissatisfied with the bedroom and bathroom linen and pillow situation. The quality was not what we had expected from previous rental situations. The laundry room facility was nice and well supplied, but we had no extra trash bags for the trash cans and no Kleenex. The raised toilet in the second bedroom/bath was difficult for my mother-in-law to navigate. She was afraid she was going to fall off. There also appeared to be a short in the electrical switch to the bathroom light. The property has real potential, but needs some maintenance on the blinds, sliding glass door screen and windows on the deck side (upstairs and down),

    The house layout took a little getting used to, as it's quite unique. Parking is a ways from entrances so lugging things to/from cars was a bit of work. Bottom floor/basement worked great for the kids' romper room and sleeping area. Bedrooms were very nice with en suite bathroom in each, very comfortable. The top floor is what sealed it for me, kitchen open to dining and sitting areas with a bar. Great views, lots of light, great for cooking/eating/relaxing and easily accommodated our group of 9 that attended big meals. Overall a classic house that I feel lucky to have stayed in. Proximity to Coupeville and Port Townsend Ferry was perfect for our plans.

    This house is beautiful. We absolutely loved it. Cant wait to go back! We fished during the day and barbequed at night. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need for cooking. Very relaxing enjoyable weekend.
