Thank you for inquiring about vacation rentals on beautiful Whidbey Island. We have homes, cabins and cottages available for rent. Each home is fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay.

 

Our Policies:

September 15th through June 15th:

During the fall, winter and spring months, our homes are available for daily, weekly or monthly rentals. There is a two night minimum on all homes. We do have a 3 night winter Holiday minimum for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years and Memorial Day Weekend. 

 

June 16th through Labor Day:
In the summer, our homes have a 4 or 7 night minimum.  Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am. Reservations for shorter visits of two to six nights may be available if we have openings within 14-21 days of your arrival date.

 

Reservations:
A $200 non-refundable down payment will hold your reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa American Express and Discover. Final payment must be received 60 days prior to your arrival. For reservations made less than 60 days before arrival, we require payment in full at the time of reservation. Final payment must be made by personal check, cashier’s check, Master Card, Discover or Visa. Reservations can be made on our website,  by phone at (360) 331-0129 or by email at tarapm@whidbeyislandrentals.com.

 

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations received more than 60 days prior to your schedule arrival date, $200.00 will be deducted from your reservation. No refunds will be made on reservations cancelled within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date.

 

Smoking and Pets Policy:
Our vacation homes do not allow indoor smoking. Refer to vacation home listing for special pet policy. 

 

Extra Charges:
Should there be any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after your stay, costs will be charged to your credit card, or if you purchased the damage insurance, we will file a claim on your behalf. All home descriptions include a listing of number of occupants allowed. Occupants over the home’s limit will incur additional charges. 

 

Our Procedure:
Once your reservation is reserved, we will send a confirmation letter, payment sheet, and a rental agreement. Please read these carefully as they contain an accounting of the final payment required including tax and any additional fees. Once we have received your signed rental agreement, you will receive check-in procedures within 30 days of your check in date. This packet provides detailed directions for getting in the property, after hours check-in procedures, directions to the vacation house, rules and regulations for the rental, and check-out procedures.
